Partially Cut From A Season 1 Episode

NOTE: What's after the horizontal line in a linked document in bold is what was cut from the time that specific version of the episode was written to when the episode originally aired. Some could have changed slightly but I'm not dwelling on that. Only truly significant changes are noted. If I have the whole script for the episode, it only deals with an act. The reason why the whole script isn't being criticized altogether is because I want to put it in managable sized chunks. When I get to a complete scene that was cut, I will provide a link to the scene where it occurred in the script so I don't have to go put all that in bold and then go on to the next scene that wasn't completely cut. AND if I don't have the complete script, it goes by the groups of consecutive pages I have of the script which is generally two when I know the version of the script it was. If it was an audition scene, I will post it altogether and compare it to what aired in the scene that most accurately seems to be the audition scene. If it was a casting side, it will be posted like the audition scenes. And the number assigned to the casting side concides with the number given in the location the casting side was given when posted. {EX: Casting Side #1 for "Snow Job" deals with Laynie Hart's intro bits. A lot of it was cut when it actually aired. When I post the partially cut Casting Side #1 from "Snow Job", it will be labeled as Casting Side #1. Not Casting Side #2 or Casting Side #3.}

    NOTE: Both #1 and #2 changed a lot but it was mostly stuff that was added between this and the aired so it's kinda hard to show here but some of it is easy to show so I've done some of it. Also, at the end of Casting Side #2, there's a scene where Amy tells Ephram, "It's kind of amazing, isn't it? Out of all the people I've known my whole life, you're the only one who showed up today." But when the episode aired, this was placed right before Dr. Brown told the Harts (and the Abbott men) about the results from Colin's surgery.

Also for Casting Side #2, Edna's line of "Damn!" was swapped in position with Delia's line of "She beat you again, Dad" in the aired.

Also for Casting Side #2, some of Amy's lines were swapped in the aired. It's mainly her responses when Laynie asks her about why Ephram is still on the market (Laynie's lines are basically "Did he just break up with someone?" and "Girlfriend in New York?").
